the location was convenient, very near the main square. i appreciated the easy access. the staff provided excellent guidance. breakfast on the terrace was a treat! the riad provided an easy transfer to the airport. it was really helpful. the organized tours were smooth! i found the riad interior beautiful and peaceful.
the room i stayed in had slightly limited natural light.

Charming Stay in the Heart of the Medina

The staff was attentive and helpful. The reception team, including Rafissa, provided tea in my room one evening. My room was spacious and cleaned daily. I enjoyed the pool, and the riad itself felt very clean.
The breakfast offered could be improved with more variety.

The pool offered a refreshing escape from the city heat. The courtyard provided shaded seating areas for relaxation. A printer was available for boarding passes in the lobby. This proved very useful.

The staff was polite. That was acceptable.
I was really disappointed by the sink in my bathroom. It leaked. the constant dripping was very annoying. plus, i noticed some questionable stains on the bed sheets.
